Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — Shopify stores through Shopify, WooCommerce and other websites from Billing in your dashboard.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. On Shopify, install from the app store and enable the widget in your theme. On WooCommerce, install the plugin. Only custom websites need a short API integration.
What about my existing customers and orders?
On first connection, paid orders from the last 60 days are imported — without points or messages. To reward them, first see the exact cost and approve in one click.
Will customers get emails without opting in?
Never. Messages go only to customers who explicitly opted into marketing, sent in your store’s name (by VIP Club, or from your own domain if you connect it), with an unsubscribe option.
Will it match my store’s design?
Yes. The widget uses your store’s colors, supports Hebrew and English, and works on phones and computers.
What happens when a customer returns an order?
Points for that order are automatically offset, with everything recorded in the points ledger.
